Job summary

NAPA is seeking a Site Manager for an IBS location to drive inventory management, vendor relations, and customer satisfaction. You will oversee two or more staff, ensure contract compliance, and maintain a safe, efficient shop environment.

Responsibilities include managing stock, POS operations, and sourcing parts with approved vendors while meeting service levels and shrinkage controls.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• ASE certification in 12 months or less.
• Ability to manage two or more people and delegate effectively.
• Experience in automotive after-market industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management and ROI for IBS program.
• Maintain and develop local non-NAPA vendor relationships.
• Ensure service levels meet customer agreements and contract requirements.
• Foster a safe work environment and proper hazmat training.
