Job summary

southerncleaningservices seeks a dedicated Supervisor to oversee a single customer account and manage site teams in office, commercial, or educational buildings. You will drive daily operations, KPI attainment, safety, training, and reporting to the Account Manager to ensure top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/management experience or a degree from a 4 year college or 2 year technical institute is preferred.
• Associates degree with technical training in plant engineering or factory/plant maintenance; Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitudes with working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills; strong communication abilities.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and supervise a multi-functional maintenance staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring company standards and KPIs are met.
• Drive strategic account development and ensure budget and financial compliance.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees; supervise site management teams.
• Record hours, assign tasks, inspect work, and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Prepare and send updated monthly reports on building conditions to customers.
