Job summary

Southern Cleaning Services is seeking a Supervisor to oversee one customer account, directing cleaning staff across office, commercial, and educational facilities. The role emphasizes safety, KPI attainment, and on-site leadership.

You will manage operations, budgets, and site teams, while performing administrative tasks and maintaining equipment to standard. This position reports to the Account Manager and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of supervisory/management experience or relevant degree.
• Associates degree with technical training in plant engineering or maintenance.
• 3–5 years progressive maintenance experience with supervisory duties.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of electrical & mechanical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure KPIs are met.
• Develop and supervise account strategy and site teams.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial compliance.
• Interview, hire, and train new employees; lead safety training.
• Perform site inspections and prepare monthly client reports.
• Coordinate procurement and maintain equipment and tools.
