Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of supervisory/management experience or degree from a 4 year college or 2 year technical institute is preferred.
• Associates degree with technical training in plant engineering, or factory/plant maintenance; Bachelors preferred
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to meet company standards and KPIs
• Lead strategic account development and manage site management teams
• Ensure budget and financial compliance for the account
• Interview, hire and train new employees; supervise timekeeping and attendance
• Conduct routine facility inspections and uphold safety policies
• Respond to employee and customer issues and resolve conflicts
• Ensure equipment is maintained and supplies are stocked
• Prepare and send monthly building condition reports to customers
