Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitudes and working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent trouble shooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly.
• Familiarity with current health and safety regulations.
• Strong supervisory and oral/written communication skills.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and work with diverse people.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure KPIs are met.
• Develop strategic accounts and manage site teams.
• Manage budgets and financial compliance.
• Supervise site personnel and coordinate tasks.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and safety training.
• Interview, hire and train new employees; resolve issues.
• Ensure equipment is well maintained and supplies are stocked.
• Prepare and send monthly site reports to customers.
