Responsibilities include coordinating with the site manager and customer teams, maintaining stock accuracy, training requirements, and ensuring adherence to IBS policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school or college degree a plus.
• ASE certified within twelve months.
• Ability to manage two or more people, prioritize and delegate.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proven leadership in automotive aftermarket operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide management assistance in IBS location(s).
• Develop quality personnel and high performance standards.
• Ensure inventory protection and asset management.
• Maintain site cleanliness and safety.
• Foster customer-staff relationships via meetings and open discussions.
