Genuine Parts Company, through its NAPA IBS division, is seeking a Site Parts Specialist - Trainee to partner on-site with customers, manage parts procurement and inventory, and lead a team to keep operations running smoothly.

You will receive hands-on training, work in a fast-paced fleet, government, commercial or dealership environment, and develop exceptional customer service, problem solving and parts knowledge.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and undergo hands-on training.
• Passion for customer care and relationship management.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket, parts or logistics is a plus.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with a team in on-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site parts management, procurement and inventory control.
• Manage people and processes to keep the partner stores running smoothly.
• Build and sustain relationships with team members and vendors.
• Deliver high level customer service and quick problem resolution.
• Navigate catalog systems and POS to find and stock parts.
