Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in automotive after-market settings.
• Proven ability to coach and develop store staff.
• Strong customer-service focus and integrity.
• Experience with inventory control and shrink avoidance.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date sales performance.
• Identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Develop strong customer relations and high service levels.
• Supervise and coach store employees.
• Ensure procedures minimize inventory shrinkage.
• Receive merchandise timely and stock accurately.
• Maintain a safe work environment and HazMat training.
• Assist District office with procurement card controls.
• Build relationships with non-NAPA vendors on pricing and service.
• Understand and comply with company policies.
