Job summary

Elite Line Services in Texas is seeking an Operations Manager to lead site operations and ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction across maintenance sites. You will manage budgets, review P&Ls, and collaborate with site managers to meet contractual obligations while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Travel up to 50% may be required. The role emphasizes leadership and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years in a high-level service industry management position.
• 5+ years in service provision, adhering to contract terms.
• Strong admin, communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Basic knowledge of airport operations and maintenance.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the business, financial and technical activities of Operations and Maintenance sites.
• Coordinate development of Site’s annual operating plan and budget.
• Maintain client relationships and own overall end-to-end customer service experience.
• Engage with the Business Development process, including contract review.
• Ensure safety and compliance through ELS programs.
