Job summary

Leadec is seeking a senior site leader in Tennessee to oversee strategic direction and operations at the customer site. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while aligning with Leadec and customer strategic initiatives.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L reviews, and reporting, lead a team, ensure ISO compliance, and foster open communication. This role requires strong leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive management experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec.
• Works safely at all times.
• Oversee Leadec technical cleaning and production support operations at the site.
• Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality.
• Ensure safety guidelines are adhered to per safety program requirements.
• Provide technical knowledge to enable better decision making.
• Drive implementation of Leadec and Customer strategic initiatives.
• Manage documentation reporting for internal and customer needs.
• Relationship management within Leadec and with customers and partners.
• Manage KPIs for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment.
• Monitor environmental compliance at Divisional and Global levels.
• Lead sustainability projects at site level with Safety and OPEX teams.
• Budgeting, forecasting, P&L review & analysis, and receivables/payables oversight.
• Develop & maintain process controls for efficient scope delivery.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts and action plans with metrics.
• Adhere to EHS/Quality objectives per ISO standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
