Job summary

Leadec is seeking a Complex/Site Manager to lead operations at our Chicago site, reporting to the Regional Manager. The role blends site leadership with strategic direction, safety, and cost control across the customer location.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of progressive management experience in manufacturing, exposure to lean practices, and the ability to drive multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel within the US may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive management experience.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Experience in an organized labor environment preferred.
• Lean management or equivalent experience preferred.
• Occasional travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Leadec operations at the site.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environment KPIs.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L review and analysis.
• Coordinate documentation/reporting for internal and customer needs.
• Lead and develop site team and coordinate with safety and OPEX.
• Ensure ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 compliance at site level.
