Job summary

HireLevel is seeking a Site Lead Support to oversee daily operations at our Princeton, IN manufacturing site. This full-time role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to support a team while ensuring safety and quality.

As Site Lead, you will supervise staff, coordinate staffing, train employees, monitor performance, and maintain positive relationships with customers and site personnel.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to site personnel.
• Help staff and supervise employees to ensure daily work is completed effectively.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Monitor work quality and ensure company and customer standards are met.
• Train and assist employees with job responsibilities and procedures.
• Coordinate changes in assignments, staffing, and daily site needs.
• Communicate issues, updates, and concerns to management.
• Help monitor safety and ensure employees follow required procedures.
• Assist with audits, inspections, and quality checks.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Support site operations and assist with additional duties as needed.
