United Site Services is seeking a Project Manager to guide projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate schedules, engage customers, organize activities, and support project teams to deliver on time and to spec.

As the main liaison between customers and internal teams, you will ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards while building strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year degree or bachelor’s degree required.
• From two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities including scheduling and logistics.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer projects to ensure clear communication.
• Review project requirements with internal departments and confirm readiness.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and progress; escalate risks to completion.
• Conduct site visits or service reviews to verify quality and compliance.
• Prepare status updates and post-project documentation.
