Job summary

IK Systems seeks a Site Project Manager to lead on-site execution across assigned jobsites. Embedded with the Site Superintendent, you will drive the project day-to-day, manage field teams, subcontractors, and align with the General Contractor to keep the project on schedule.

Nationwide travel may be required, with a focus on field coordination, safety, and quality. A strong background in construction management and low-voltage systems is preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred in construction management, Electrical Technology, or related field.
• 10 years of field construction experience, preferably in low-voltage systems or related construction trades.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel by air required.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with low-voltage systems (access control, IP video, security, structured cabling) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site project leader for IK Systems, accountable for execution of all project scope at the assigned job site.
• Own site performance across schedule, quality, coordination, and productivity.
• Lead coordination with General Contractor, subcontractors, and other trades.
• Direct and support site superintendent, field installation, and engineering teams to ensure disciplined execution.
• Ensure work complies with project specs, drawings, and codes; enforce OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate procurement and site logistics to align with construction schedule.
• Provide timely communication on site progress, risks, and issues; lead coordination meetings.
