• Review project requirements with internal teams and confirm readiness.
• Monitor timelines, milestones and progress; elevate risks as needed.
• Conduct site visits and service reviews to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Track materials and equipment needs and coordinate availability.
• Prepare and deliver status updates and post-project documentation.
