Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required.
• Bilingual a plus; strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect establishment for safety, quality, and service compliance.
• Review customer requests and determine cause of service issues for resolution.
• Assist in budgets, plans, and schedules including cost estimates and contracts.
• Maintain financial metrics: labor hours, overhead, expenses, and billing.
