CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Manager – Site to lead operations onsite at a customer location in Tracy, CA.

You will drive daily execution, safety, and service excellence while partnering with internal teams to meet performance targets. The role supervises fleet and dispatch teams, owns the onsite customer relationship, leads rate discussions and business reviews, and diligently manages site budgets to achieve profitability.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical requirements: Office environment, lift up to 20 pounds
• Experience: Managing transportation or logistics operations with teams or accounts
• Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
• Customer focus: Manage relationships, conduct business reviews, and resolve issues
• Financial acumen: Understand budgets, cost control, and margin improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead operations onsite at a customer location, managing performance, safety, and profitability.
• Develop fleet managers, dispatch managers, and support staff to ensure accountability.
• Own the customer relationship; lead rate discussions and business reviews.
• Manage site budgets and monitor key cost drivers for profitability.
• Promote a safety-first culture and ensure DOT/compliance.
• Track metrics, analyze results, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and safety teams to optimize resources.
• Identify and implement process improvements across sites.
• Maintain flexibility to support operations outside standard hours.
• Maintain regular attendance and support team needs
