Qualifications

• Experience in transportation/operations management preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Compliance of each location's operation.
• Identify trends and issues affecting productivity and profitability.
• Counsel locations on KPI improvements and operational adjustments.
• Gauge agent performance and intervene to correct behavior.
• Resolve issues daily using structured problem-solving methods.
• Communicate clearly to providers to ensure consistent service and procedures.
• Oversee independently contracted delivery agents.
• Source new distribution centers and home delivery agents as needed.
