Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in Vacaville, CA is seeking a Site Operations Manager to oversee daily MRO storeroom operations, set inventory levels, and drive cost savings. You will lead recruiting, training, and performance management while coordinating with procurement, invoicing, and vendor payments to ensure contract goals are met.

You will build strong customer relationships, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements to achieve on-time, in-full delivery and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervising staff in purchasing and MRO items.
• Experience in procurement, CMMS, and inventory control.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure safety rules are observed and trained staff.
• Oversee on-site MRO and storeroom operations including purchasing and inventory control.
• Supervise direct reports, provide feedback and coaching, schedule time off.
• Negotiate stock guarantees with Category Managers and manage vendor relationships.
• Understand contract requirements and ensure compliance for all associates.
• Manage client relationships and resolve delivery and quality issues with vendors.
