Job summary

RS Integrated Supply in Oxford, MS is seeking a Site Operations Manager II to oversee indirect material procurement and daily storeroom operations. You will monitor inventory levels, coordinate purchasing and receiving, and ensure accurate data in the CMMS, supporting client objectives.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in purchasing and MRO management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel; travel is possible.

Qualifications

3-5 years in purchasing and managing MRO commodities.
Experience supervising staff.
Proficiency in procurement or CMMS software.
Experience in inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
Financial reporting and/or overseeing a P&L

Responsibilities

Follow and enforce all site Safety and Security Procedures; ensure staff receive safety training.
Oversee on-site supervision of MRO and storeroom management operations.
Supervise daily activities of direct reports and ensure training and SOP adherence.
Establish site operational goals and achieve cost savings targets; document savings.
Manage client relationships and coordinate with Clients and Vendors to resolve issues.
Execute purchasing in a cost-effective manner and maintain data in CMMS/ERP systems.
Develop and implement strategic plans with senior management.
Train and develop staff; coordinate time off and appraisals.
Monitor storeroom inventory levels and implement inventory reduction programs.
