Job summary

Tribe513 is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Boiling Springs and Reidville Road offices. You will supervise non-provider staff, ensure smooth patient flow, and uphold the Tribe Way in delivering high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience.

The role requires a nursing degree and at least 3 years of inpatient or outpatient experience, plus 2+ years in supervision. Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills are essential as you coordinate across

Qualifications

• Nursing degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in inpatient or outpatient/physician office settings.
• Minimum of two (2) years supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day location operations across site locations, supervising non-provider staff.
• Provide active daily leadership, staff scheduling, and staff development decisions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements across locations.
• Collaborate with Parkside leadership and Medical Director to coordinate performance across sites.
• Develop and implement clinical programs and in-house services to meet goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain patient experience aligned with the Tribe Way.
• Lead monthly Department Meetings and participate in leadership forums.
