Responsibilities

• Oversee non-clinical operations across Parkside OB-GYN locations to ensure high-quality service.
• Lead and support business operations team including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to meet departmental goals and standards.
• Develop and maintain workflow documentation and training materials.
• Monitor workflows to improve efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
