Job summary

GetHired, Inc. seeks a Site Manager to lead an assigned Health Care Partners of South Carolina practice site and oversee day-to-day operations, staff accountability, patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, in collaboration with the COO and clinical leadership at the Marion location.

The role emphasizes building a culture of teamwork, implementing policies, and driving performance improvements to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred (MHA, MBA, MPH or related).
• 3+ years of leadership and healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR, practice management, scheduling software, and operational reporting.
• Equivalent combinations considered.
• Valid South Carolina driver''s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary operational leader for the site and oversee performance.
• Supervise front office, clinical support, nursing, and administrative staff.
• Ensure staffing, patient access, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor budgets and resource management.
• Coordinate readiness for audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews.
• Lead quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.
