Vanna Health is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Lake County operations in Indiana. You will oversee clinical teams, coordinate with partners, and drive operational excellence across the site to ensure high quality care for members.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of people management, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel to the office daily. This role is in-person and offers competitive compensation, benefits, and equity ownership.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of people management experience providing mentorship, feedback, and professional development for direct reports.
• Experience working in a high growth services organization.
• Comfort managing to metrics and KPIs.
• Experience leading cross-functional implementations from start to finish.
• Experience in healthcare involving complex physical and behavioral care, including SMI.

Aufgaben

• Ensure consistency and excellence in the delivery of Vanna Health’s services to members, including outreach, engagement, care coordination, and linking members to resources.
• Meet business objectives and KPIs for the Lake County site and manage the budget.
• Hire and grow a talented team of coaches, ensuring their ongoing development.
• Mentor coaches and provide ongoing feedback and support.
• Collaborate with clinical and technology teams to improve internal processes and care quality.
• Build and maintain relationships with health system clients and community partners to ensure strong communication and long-term collaboration.
