Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for GSO operations at designated sites.
• Develop and fulfill the GSO vision and proactively address space issues.
• Lead and coordinate site vendors including facilities, food service and wellness teams.
• Manage budgets, forecast accurately and ensure financial controls.
• Balance customer-centricity with operational excellence in site services.
• Implement sustainability strategies and lead site-level initiatives.
• Serve as owner’s rep for projects and ensure business requirements are met.
• Establish occupancy strategies and manage space utilization.
• Collaborate with Employee Experience and IT to improve the employee experience.
• Partner with Global Safety and Security for incident management.
