Job description

The Director, Facilities & Site Operations will lead a portfolio of complex, compliance driven sites across California, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and reliability. This role is suited for a leader with prior site management experience who is ready to scale their impact by developing and leading multiple site-level teams.

The role is critical to delivering seamless workplace experiences, maintaining strong client relationships, while leading initiatives that focus on cost savings, process optimization, and continuous improvement, championing a world-class workplace environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

This role carries full P&L responsibility and drives cost optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives and Integrated Facilities Solutions (IFS). The Director will build strong client partnerships, lead diverse teams, and foster a culture of safety, innovation, and accountability.

Required Travel: To all sites within the portfolio on a routine basis, to align with business needs.

Pay: $165,000 - $200,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’seducation, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
