SBM is seeking an Operations Manager in Indianapolis, IN to lead site programs, enforce policy, and ensure contract compliance with customers. You will direct service schedules, supervise staff, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to uphold service excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–5 years of experience and strong communication skills. Occasional travel is expected, and SBM offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field; 2-5 years of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers and regulators.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure work meets expectations.
• Maintain and report on financials: labor hours, overhead, expenses, and billing.
• Ensure site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
