Key responsibilities include planning work schedules, coordinating routes, inspecting facilities, maintaining inventories, and promoting services to expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in management or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs company programs and ensures policy compliance with customer contracts.
• Plans and develops work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepares schedules for service personnel and assigns routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality and service.
• Maintain inventories, supplies and equipment; monitor budgets and costs.
• Coordinate program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts.
• Maintain data on labor hours, overhead, expenses, and forecasting.
• Promote services to develop new markets and increase market share.
• Ensure site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
• Travel as required for the role.
