You will supervise staff, optimize staffing, control revenue and expenses, and drive profitability with proactive client communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum seven years related experience and six years industry experience.
• Minimum five years supervisory experience.
• Professional certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct and manage site operations to meet client standards.
• Maximize profitability through superior client service and prompt communications.
• Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules to support demands.
• Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
• Train, develop and motivate employees for peak performance.
• Oversee financial aspects: purchasing, budget, and reporting.
• Implement KPI standards per Crane's SOPs (The Morning Routine, The Director's Playbook).
