Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. seeks an Operations Supervisor to join our interdisciplinary treatment team across Crisis, Inpatient, and Transition Point programs.

You will coordinate with the RN Supervisor, BHC, PCT, RN, and BHMP to ensure a safe environment and high-quality care for all presenting for services at their assigned program. The role provides oversight to intake and discharge staff, Peer Support Specialists, and Behavioral Health Clinicians to support effective patient throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate’s degree in Business or Health Care preferred.
• 1+ years of full-time health care related work experience with exposure to crisis situations.
• 1+ years leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with RN Supervisor, BHC, PCT, RN and BHMP to ensure a safe environment and high-quality care for all clients.
• Provide oversight to intake and discharge personnel and to Peer Support Specialists and Behavioral Health Clinicians to support throughput.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support crisis, inpatient and transition point programs.
