Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 7 years experience in operations leadership in manufacturing.
• 5 years leading multiple departments under managers.
• Strong knowledge of 6S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience developing strategic plans and managing operating budgets.
• Experience leading capital projects and facility expansions.
• Experience with ERP systems, Infor XA is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• U.S. Person or U.S. Citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Convert confirmed customer orders into cash while meeting commitments.
• Establish and drive site-wide performance objectives for safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, productivity, and engagement.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and sustainably improve operational execution to maximize growth and profitability.
• Drive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Lead engineering initiatives to improve process efficiency and support capital projects.
• Ensure the factory floor is clean, organized, and easily understood by staff and visitors.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team through coaching and reviews.
• Serve as a key member of the Battery Products leadership team and partner to the General Manager.
