Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
• 10+ years in a manufacturing-driven organization.
• Experience managing multi-functional departments (5+ years) in discrete manufacturing.
• Proven ability to deploy Lean/Continuous Improvement tools.
• Strong financial acumen and capital budgets experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and environmentally sound production facility for the company and its employees
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting for the facility (operating and capital)
• Provide leadership in the successful deployment of significant capital investments
• Provide timely and thorough reporting to management on all aspects of the operation
• Ensure efficient operations with focus on continuous improvement in all areas
• Partner with Human Resources to create job descriptions, hire competent personnel and oversee employee training programs
