Qualifications

• Leadership experience in field operations and site management.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to leadership and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and coordinate repairs with vendors.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, team building and mentoring of drivers and site staff.
• Attend customer meetings and coordinate logistics with internal/external customers.
• Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
