HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, ensure safety standards, optimize equipment use and coordinate personnel to meet customer expectations at the Deer Park site.

You will supervise onsite staff, drive performance, develop team members, and align with Clean Harbors’ policies while delivering cost-effective services and maintaining regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial refinery experience, with 2+ in a management capacity.
• Experience operating industrial centrifuge equipment.
• Ability to schedule equipment/personnel for daily maintenance/work.
• Successfully resolve customer/employee complaints.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations at a customer site, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate Health and Safety oversight of onsite Clean Harbors staff.
• Maximize utilization of equipment and manpower to support productivity and profitability.
• Hands-on experience with Decanter centrifuges, belt presses, filter press and ancillary equipment.
• Operate centrifugal and positive displacement pumps as required.
• Establish and maintain performance measurement processes for onsite personnel.
• Ensure infrastructure, tools and personnel are equipped to conduct business efficiently.
• Coach, train and mentor onsite personnel; support succession planning and growth.
• Develop and ensure compliance with all company/customer policies and safety standards.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and Clean Harbors leadership to address issues and optimize performance.
• Perform other duties to support InSite Program success.
