HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily branch operations, improve efficiency, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. This role interacts with Sales, support staff, and Customer Contractors to meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial refinery experience with 2+ years in management.
• Experience in operating standard/specialized centrifuge equipment.
• Strong scheduling of equipment and personnel for daily work.
• Proven ability to resolve customer and employee issues.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily operations at a customer site or group of locations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate staffing and project assignments; lead staff meetings.
• Review monthly P&L statements and ensure adherence to contracts.
• Develop and improve processes, training, and performance metrics for onsite personnel.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and Clean Harbors leadership to optimize programs.
