Job summary

HPC-Industrial in Texas invites a Director of Operations to lead daily branch operations, improve efficiency, and coordinate equipment and personnel scheduling. You will collaborate with the Sales Team and Customer Contractor Manager to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or environmental science preferred.
• 5-7 years industrial cleaning experience, with 2+ in a management capacity.
• Experience operating standard and specialized industrial cleaning equipment.
• Schedule equipment/personnel for daily maintenance/project work.
• Experience resolving customer/employee complaints.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by following safe work practices and policies.
• Coordinates and manages group activities and interactions with other divisions.
• Coordinate scheduling of personnel and project assignments.
• Conduct staff meetings and performance reviews.
• Reviews monthly P&L statements and applicable discrepancies.
• Directly supervise employees including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Resolves billing issues and ensures safe execution of services.
