Job summary

SDI Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee client-site operations, ensuring safety, profitability, and service excellence. You will coordinate purchasing, inventory control, and facilities while reporting to the Operations Manager at corporate HQ.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in leadership roles, strong P&L experience, Six Sigma knowledge, and proficiency with ERP and MS Office. The role demands autonomy in an industrial setting with potential travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role of hourly and clerical workers in a service industry.
• Profit and loss (P&L) management experience required.
• Hands-on manager willing to roll up sleeves to perform duties and to get the job done.
• Six Sigma knowledge preferred; Lean Manufacturing experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsibility for delivering a wide range of SDI services at a client location.
• Report to the Operations Manager.
• Manage purchasing, receiving, inventory control, technology, personnel productivity and facilities.
