Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for all GSO operations at designated sites.
• Develop and fulfill the GSO vision, building strategic relationships.
• Lead site vendors including facilities, food service and wellness teams.
• Manage budgets and forecast financials with accuracy.
• Balance customer focus with operational excellence in site services.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and site-level programs.
• Act as owner's rep for projects, ensuring business requirements are met.
• Establish occupancy strategies and optimize space utilization.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to improve the employee experience.
• Partner with Safety and Security for incident management.
