Nippon Sanso Matheson, Inc. in Odessa, TX seeks a Site Manager to lead all site operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure customer satisfaction, profitable growth, and efficient packaging gas distribution. The role requires strong leadership, strategic oversight, and a track record of driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing or industrial gas environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in site, branch, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial gas operations.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• Industry experience in industrial gases, packaged gas operations, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily site operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee staffing, training, and development of site personnel.
• Manage inventory, production processes, and distribution activities.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost control across the site.
