Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of industrial operations or manufacturing experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to EHSQ excellence.
• Experience managing plant operations, maintenance, and reliability programs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, regulators, contractors, and community leaders.
• Experience managing assets, budgets, and operational cost centers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership, direction, and structure for site operations and personnel.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
• Direct and monitor facility operations to meet customer requirements.
