Job summary

Daifuku Cleanroom America Corporation seeks a site operations coordinator to manage CRUS on customer FABs. You will lead FSE teams, assign work, manage timecards, and report to the service manager while mentoring on site.

Requires 5–7 years in service with 1–3 years in management in a high-tech environment, proficiency with site equipment, and up to 25% travel. Office-based with cleanroom exposure; weekends/holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• BS degree or technical education with 3–5 years related experience.
• Japanese language ability is a plus; may require contacting Japan for support.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site FSEs, assign work shifts, and provide feedback to drive improvements.
• Create reports, attend site meetings, and coordinate projects through the service manager.
• Develop EICs and FSEs on site; travel to customer sites as needed.
