Job summary

Daifuku Cleanroom America Corporation is seeking a site operations leader to coordinate FSE assignments, timecards, and training for FAB locations. You will mentor on-site teams, report to the service manager, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining strong customer communication.

The role requires 5–7 years in service with 1–3 years in management, a BS in a technical field, and ability to travel up to 25% in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in technical field; 5–7 years of industry experience with 1–3 years in management/leadership.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and peers; ability to coordinate and supervise on-site teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work in cleanroom environments; familiarity with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead FSEs at FABs, assign work, and provide feedback to drive improvements.
• Create reports, represent the company in meetings, and coordinate projects with the service manager.
• Support on additional projects in coordination with the service manager.
