El Car Wash is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a Michigan location. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience and strong financial results.

You will build a high-performing team, coach employees, and foster succession depth. The role requires comfort in data-driven decision-making and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
