Job summary

JFC Staffing Companies is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and office facilities. You will drive safety, efficiency, and performance across building systems and capital projects.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in facilities management, a strong EHS background, and proven leadership in capital improvements and vendor management. A hands‑on, results‑driven leader is a must for this role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in facilities management in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proven EHS program leadership and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security systems.
• Experience negotiating vendor agreements and managing service contracts.
• Leadership in developing and mentoring teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office.
• Familiarity with OSHA/EPA environmental and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily facility operations including maintenance and building systems management.
• Develop long-term facility plans for growth, modernization, and space optimization.
• Lead construction, renovation, expansion, and infrastructure projects from planning to completion.
• Manage facility budgets, capex, and vendor relationships for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and sustainability.
• Supervise internal maintenance staff and third-party contractors.
• Foster a safety culture through training, audits, and inspections.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritize facility needs and support business objectives.
• Maintain facility records, permits, and maintenance reports.
