DashMart is a local-fulfillment center owned and operated by DoorDash, delivering essentials to customers with speed and reliability. You will help lead the warehouse operations team in a fast-growing site, including light food prep in some locations, while ensuring high-quality service for customers.

You’ll hire, coach, and develop hourly staff, schedule effectively, manage inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive safety, accuracy, and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Fulfillment, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience managing a team.
• Strong leadership and ability to coach and develop employees.
• Data-driven with proficiency in Excel or Sheets.
• Flexible schedule including late nights and weekends.
• Proven problem-solver and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, hire and coach staff, build a safety-first culture, and address onsite escalations.
• Drive results through effective scheduling, inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration to support site performance.
• Analyze data and make strategic recommendations on resource allocation, workflow, and warehouse organization; lead process improvements.
