Job summary

Shelby County Schools is seeking a part-time Project Graduation Site Manager in Memphis, TN to oversee the daily operations of the program for at-risk students. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring adherence to policies, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field with at least four years of experience, preferably with management and administrative roles in educational settings. A Tennessee Administrative License is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of teaching or training experience.
• Experience managing educational programs.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

• Oversee daily operations of Project Graduation site.
