Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Educational Administration or supervision is required.
• State certification in Administration/Supervision at the elementary and/or secondary level.
• 3–5 years of successful teaching experience with some leadership experience.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administration of assigned school; act in Principal's absence.
• Supervise staff including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Develop staff training and development programs.
• Plan and implement school-wide programs and policies; ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Coordinate safety, facilities inspections, and budget preparation.
