Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to read and interpret information.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Ability to adapt to changing conditions and handle unexpected events.
• Good judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of location operations within contractual guidelines.
• Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with management duties as assigned.
• Courteously assist customers and maintain a professional image.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of parking equipment per Facility Manager directions.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with debris cleanup and general maintenance tasks.
• Substitute for other positions as needed.
• Gain thorough knowledge of garage areas and local streets/landmarks.
• Perform other duties as needed.
