Adecco Group in Novi, MI seeks a Site Manager to lead a shift on a large manufacturing site. You will guide supervisors and technicians, drive production targets, uphold safety, quality, and cost controls, and serve as a resource, mentor and coach.

You will monitor performance, analyze data, implement improvements (5S, Lean), schedule personnel, and ensure equipment reliability. Strong communication, problem solving, and a background in manufacturing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years supervising production staff.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
• Experience with manufacturing or process management.
• Familiarity with 5S, Lean, Six Sigma concepts.
• Experience tracking performance metrics for large teams.
• PMP/PMI or related certification is a plus.
• Automotive/manufacturing context welcomed.
