Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead a major portion of operations on a Michigan site. You will guide supervisors and technicians, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement across the shift.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on manufacturing experience. On-site management is required, with focus on process optimization and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years supervisory/management experience of production staff.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with manufacturing processes (5S, Lean, Six Sigma).
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience in production staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive production staff performance by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
• Coach, counsel, discipline, motivate, encourage and train entry level employees.
• Maintain staff by training employees; and developing personal growth opportunities
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
• Ensure operation of equipment by calling for repair; evaluate new equipment and techniques
• Provide operational information by compiling, initiating, sorting and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures Operate with complex spreadsheets
